Pride Month at Linfield
Celebrating Pride Month at Linfield
Pride Month, typically celebrated in June, is a time dedicated to honoring the LGBTQ+ community, commemorating the Stonewall Riots of June 1969, which marked a turning point in the fight for LGBTQ+ rights. Because of our calendar, Linfield celebrates Pride Month every April with a series of events. At Linfield, Pride Month serves as a reminder of acceptance, inclusion and love, fostering a sense of solidarity and empowerment among LGBTQ+ individuals and their allies.
