Linfield University is seeking an experienced commercial real estate broker to help activate a 72.6-acre parcel of undeveloped land adjacent to our McMinnville campus. We’re looking for firms that have national reach combined with local connections/knowledge and that specifically have experience in landowner representation through long-term developments, with higher ed/institutional experience a plus.
With concept planning recently completed and in partnership with an experienced commercial real estate broker, Linfield will be poised to move into the next phase—issuing a master developer RFQ and identifying a long-term partner to help bring Linfield’s vision to life. The planning process to-date has reaffirmed our commitment to values-driven development that benefits the university, city, and surrounding community.
