Professor Sandra Lee joined the Linfield faculty in 1985. She is the co-author of several texts, including “Seeing the Big Picture: Exploring American Cultures on Film,” which uses popular films to illustrate aspects of various cultures, such as African, Chinese, Mexican and Native American cultures. Before Linfield, Professor Lee taught in China and in many European countries. Her work focuses on creating bridges for U.S. and international students to learn from each other, both in and outside the classroom. Professor Lee’s academic interests include intercultural communication and second language acquisition.
