(she/her/hers)

Jen is a new addition to our supervising team at Linfield, and she will be supporting students earning their ESOL endorsement. She comes with a range of elementary teaching experience, including teaching in the inner-city, at STEAM magnet schools, and GATE cluster classrooms throughout the city of San Diego. In her experience as a general education teacher, she has enjoyed the challenge of working with diverse student populations, including English learners from many cultural backgrounds, students with special needs, and deaf and hard-of-hearing students.

Jen is a passionate educator and lifelong learner. She strives to make learning fun and hands-on, and to create an inclusive classroom environment where all learners feel welcome, valued, and supported.

Outside of education, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, dancing, the beach and going to baseball games. She has been to 26 of the 30 major league baseball stadiums!
