Dr. Johnson is an applied health psychologist who specializes in eating behaviors and intersecting forms of stigma and discrimination in health-related spheres. She is using mixed-methods strategies to design targeted interventions aimed to increase engagement in weight-neutral approaches to health. Dr. Johnson is passionate about working with undergraduate researchers! To discuss research opportunities, please email her.

Outside of academia, she loves to read, cook, do yoga, be outdoors (bike, hike, swim), and spend time with her partner and pets (one cat and two dogs).
