10/29/2003 Antisocial behavior focus of lecture

McMINNVILLE – Deborah Capaldi, associate director and research scientist at the Oregon Social Learning Center, will speak on "Antisocial Behavior from a Lifespan Perspective" Thursday, Nov. 13, at 7:30 p.m. in 101 Graf Hall.

Capaldi and her colleagues at the Oregon Social Learning Center conduct research on the causes and consequences of antisocial behavior from early childhood through adulthood. They also conduct preventive interventions for children and families. She will discuss the results from the Oregon Youth Study, a 20-year study of men and their families from childhood to the late 20s. She will also discuss findings from preventive interventions conducted at the center.
