PLEASE NOTE: Students have a unique address which is 190 SW Brumback St., McMinnville OR 97128-6899. Only student mail should be addressed this way. All other mail should arrive using the 900 SE Baker St, McMinnville, OR 97128 address. This includes staff, faculty, departmental and any mail that is not being directed to a student at Linfield.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday: Service window open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday: Service window closed. USPS mail is distributed into units only.

- Receipt and distribution of all incoming mail (letters and packages).
- Purchase of stamps, postage meter services, and special services as available (delivery confirmation, return receipt, express, registered, certified, and insured) for domestic and/or international mail.
From Campus: All outgoing mail must be received by 3:15 for same day delivery to the McMinnville Post Office. Mail leaves campus promptly at 3:30 pm
To Campus: All incoming mail will be in the units by noon each weekday.
From Campus: Daily pickup service. Packages must be deposited to Mail Services by 2:00 p.m. for same day pickup.
To Campus: Guaranteed delivery by 12:15 p.m.
Fed Ex Services
From Campus: Limited pickup services. Packages must arrive at Mail Services no later than 11:30 a.m. for same day pickup.
To Campus: Linfield’s guaranteed delivery time for Fed Ex Overnight service is 4:30 p.m. Other Fed Ex services arrive throughout the day.
