A PGA general manager and head professional at Highlands Golf Club in Gearhart, he was also named 2016 PGA Merchandiser of the Year-Public Category. Candi Carter Olson ’99 of Logan, Utah, received the American Journalism Historians Association Rising Scholar Award. She received the award for her research, The Rights of the Women of Zion, and the Rights of the Women of All Nations: The Woman’s Exponent and the Utah Women’s Press Club.
