Employee Benefits

In order to be eligible for most benefits, an employee must be regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week or 0.50 FTE. Linfield's contribution toward health insurance premiums are prorated based on FTE.  Adjunct faculty and temporary employees are not eligible for health insurance benefits; however, they are eligible to contribute to Linfield's 403(b) Retirement Plan.  Please refer to the plan document for each benefit for full details.
