Health and Human Performance: Exercise Science

Exercise science is the study of the practices, behaviors, and physical processes that create health and well-being. The Exercise Science major at Linfield builds upon a foundation in core sciences (chemistry, biology and physics) with applied health and the study of human movement. You will leave prepared for a career in areas such as strength and conditioning, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, sports medicine, corporate wellness, health promotion, or pursuing graduate studies in medicine or allied health fields.
