This 200 hour training program will give the aspiring yoga teacher a strong foundation and a deeper understanding of the tradition and benefits of yoga.
This is a non-credit program that is not eligible for Title IV funding.

Meet the Instructor
Kristi Strong has been practicing yoga for over twenty years. She is passionate about the study of movement and the human body. Experiencing first-hand the benefits of yoga and its effects on health and well-being brought her to teaching. Kristi has been a registered yoga teacher since 2005. She has taught yoga and other movement-based classes at gyms, studios, elementary schools, and colleges.
