You will gain insight into project planning, implementation, reporting, and completion.
You will learn the fundamental practices of project management as outlined in the latest Project Management Body of Knowledge. The PMBOK Guide is issued by the Project Management Institute, the largest project management association in the US. At the end of the program, you will take the PMP or CAPM certification exams.
