Multicultural Center Community Drop-In Hours

Linfield’s Multicultural Center in Withnell Commons has modified hours to facilitate community conversations. Faculty, staff and students should feel welcome to come during the Community Lounge hours to build community that promotes a sense of belonging through conversations and informal interactions. Faculty, staff and students are invited to engage in conversations centered on social justice issues, diversity & inclusion and multiculturalism. Events cannot be scheduled in the Multicultural Center during the Community Lounge hours.

Community Lounge hours:
Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday from 3:00-4:30 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday from 11:30-1:00 p.m.

Multicultural Center hours (schedulable):
Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday from 10:00-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-9:00 p.m.
Saturday/ Sunday upon request

Homecoming Events

Alumni Relations would like to extend a special invitation to Linfield’s Homecoming events. Faculty are welcome to attend any of the scheduled events, but those listed here might be of particular interest to you or your students.

Celebrate this year’s Alumni Award recipients: Brittany Baguley ‘00, Seth Prickett ‘05, Eric Nichols ’81 and Robin (Burmeister) Nichols ‘82, and Debbie Day, wife of T.J. Day.

Juggling four careers with one common goal: Prickett, a Realtor, Bar-Owner, Political Consultant, and Nonprofit founder will discuss how one person can make a difference.

Presentation by Jeff Baguley ’00, on behalf of Brittany Baguley ‘00, 2017 Distinguished Alumna
Brittany Baguley, this year’s recipient of the Distinguished Alumna Award, tragically passed away in July of 2016. Her husband, Jeff, will discuss Brittany’s work, her many accomplishments in the fields of analytical chemistry and forensic science, and particularly how her work in forensic investigation impacted cases in the Nevada criminal justice system.

2016-17 Fiscal Year Closing on WebAdvisor

The 2016-17 fiscal year will close in Colleague once auditors have given the stamp of approval, sometime in the next few weeks. Please be aware that this means last year's budget activity will no longer be available via WebAdvisor.

Accounting can still print prior year reports at any time, or look at other reporting options we have available to assist you in budget tracking; please contact Judy Wells at any time you need assistance or have questions regarding your budgets.
