The Office of Academic Affairs provides leadership for Linfield College's educational departments, to ensure the quality and integrity of Linfield’s academic programs. The office is responsible for academic strategic planning, faculty recruitment and development, course evaluation, academic budget planning and management, development and implementation of academic policies, and assessment of student achievement.
The Academic Council is chaired by the Provost and considers educational issues that concern Linfield holistically.
The Course Catalog includes detailed information regarding Linfield’s academic programs.
The Academic Affairs Every Other Weekly is emailed to faculty and academic support staff every other Tuesday during the academic year. It provides current information and deadlines for faculty.
The Dean’s List is computed following the posting of grades at the end of each semester.
The Faculty Lecture Series showcases the work of Linfield faculty throughout the academic year.
Linfield’s Student Symposium is hosted by the Office of Academic Affairs each May.
