Chris Murray adapts and stars as the "brooding Danish prince" in Hamlet at Portland's CoHo Productions.
Tagged as "one of Portland's hardest-working young actors" by Ben Waterhouse of Willamette Week, Chris has been acting in Portland since 2001. He has appeared in most of Portland's theatres, including CoHo Productions, Artists Repertory Theatre, Portland Center Stage, Profile Theatre, Oregon Childern's Theatre, Lakewood Theatre, Stark Raving Theatre, and Third Rail Rep. Chris earned a Portland Drammy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2006 for his portrayal of Shane in Artists Repertory Theatre's production of Take Me Out.
Grant Butler of The Oregonian describes Hamlet as a "gripping night of theater" and calls Chris "impressive as the Danish prince."
Hamlet runs weekends through February 20th.
