Located in Melrose Hall Rm 105-B.

The Linfield office of Student Accounts provides support for Business and Finance.  Our main objective is to maintain fiscal wellbeing for the college with a commitment to accuracy and financial integrity.  We provide ethical, accurate and personal attention to all and serve students in a safe, non-discriminatory manner.

Welcome to the Linfield College Student Accounts Web page. The Student Accounts Office is located on the main floor in Melrose in room 105-B. There you will find the Student Accounts Manager, Cash Receivable Clerk (Cashier), Accounts Receivable, and Loans Receivable or call us at 888-777-0008.

The Student Accounts Office summer hours are 08:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. The Cashier hours are 09:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through Friday.

Our goal is to assist in answering any billing questions you may have regarding your student account.

The Cashier is responsible for accepting payments made to the College. This includes payments made by enrolled students for current charges. The Cashier is located in Melrose 105C. Remit payments to:

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for backing up the Cashier, monitoring delinquent accounts and invoicing and collecting third party billings.

The Loans Receivable Coordinator is responsible for accepting payments and posting deferments on student loans in repayment. Remit Loan payments and or deferments to:
