Spring Orientation Day - Sunday, February 10, 2013

A special note about your Student ID Card - You will need your ID Card to pick up your residence hall keys, and to access your residence hall outside doors, which are activated by swiping your ID card.

Student Accounts – the Student Accounts Office sends spring account statements in January and asks for arrangements to be completed for paying spring bills prior to this orientation day.  If you have questions about your bill or need to finalize paperwork, the Student Accounts Office in Melrose Hall Room 105 will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Stop by the Campus Information Center for Guidance and Directions
To start your day off on the right foot, please stop by the Campus Information Center located in the Riley Campus Center.  The spring semester Student Orientation Leader Program will have team members available to give you directions about finding your way around campus, and will have maps, schedules, and other important materials available for you.

After Your CIC Stop -  Student ID Card Station open until 6 p.m.
You will need to go to Cozine Hall to the College Public Safety Office to have your ID card created.  The Office will be open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on February 10 for you to have your Student ID Card created.  Please refer to the Campus Map link for the location of Cozine Hall.

10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Residence Life Office is Open
To move in during the day on Sunday you need to go to the Residence Life Offices.  The Residence Life Office in Mahaffey Hall is where you can pick up your keys.  Be sure to have your Student ID Card before you check in, and plan to spend a few minutes filling out forms and signing your housing contract.

1:00 p.m. - First Spring Connections Program - Riley Campus Center Room 201
The Spring Connections program begins with academic programs and other information to help you get a great start at the college!  The program includes a tour of the campus to help you find the buildings where your classes will be, and ends with dinner in Dillin Hall.  If you will be living on campus and need to pick up residence hall keys, check in with the Residence Life Office prior to this program because the Office will close before the program ends.
