All alumni football players who are returning to campus this weekend for Homecoming 2012 are invited to participate in the annual Walk of Honor, a popular tradition that began in 1997.
Prior to Saturday's football game, alumni players from all eras are introduced and form a gauntlet that welcomes current players to the field during the team’s grand entrance.
The ritual is a way of reminding current players of the proud tradition and lasting legacy that they are helping to carry forward.
Those planning on participating in the Walk of Honor should check in at the north end of the track at no later than 1 o’clock. Introductions begin at 1:15.
The Wildcats take on Whitworth at 1:30.
