In recognition of her success at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships, Linfield pole vaulter Catherine Street has been honored as the Northwest Conference Women’s Field Student-Athlete of the Week, as announced Tuesday by the league’s sports information directors.

The four-time indoor All-American. captured the national pole vaulting title, reaching a height of 13 feet, 5¼ inches (4.10 meters). She holds the all-time indoor record at 13-9.25 and is also the three-time defending NWC champion in outdoor competition.

This is the fifth career weekly honor for Street, who received it twice each during the 2011 and 2010 seasons.
