Awards Ceremony 

 

 

Parking: Only on-street parking is available so it's best to arrive early. Parking near Maxwell Field is extremely limited. Due to other scheduled athletic events occurring on campus the same days, it is best to avoid parking in the vicinity of the baseball and softball fields. Team bus parking is located at end of Lever Street, just beyond the hammer throwing area.

Clerking: Clerking for running events will take place at the tent located at the North end of the infield.  All athletes must check-in 30 minutes prior to start of their event.  Field events competitors must check in at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.

Weigh-ins:  Implements will be weighed in at the back of the field house at the NE corner of the track.

Starting Heights:  High Jump:  Women – 1.36 /  Men – 1.76
                               Pole Vault:  Women – 2.36 / Men – 3.87

Athletic Trainers:  Athletic Trainers are available from noon on Friday and 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.  Please contact Greg Hill at 503-883-2386, ghill@linfield.edu for any additional needs. 

Results: For participants and spectators, event results will be posted at south end of stadium. Individual event results are expected to be posted online throughout the competition at www.linfield.edu/sports.

Locker room:  Dressing room and shower facilities are available in our Athletics Complex, on the corner Linfield and Lever St.  They are located downstairs. 

Awards:  An awards presentation will take place following the conclusion of the meet at the stadium at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.

STADIUM INFORMATION

No pets allowed.

No lawn chairs permitted.

Smoking is not allowed at Maxwell Field.
