Biography
Third-year assistant coach Chris McIsaac graduated from Linfield in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He is a seven-time cross country and track and field letterwinner for the Wildcats.
While competing in cross country, he earned all-conference, all-region, and all-academic awards. He achieved provisional qualifying times in both the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 10,000 races during his senior track season, placing him fourth on both all-time lists.
He continues to compete and is currently affiliated with Nike’s Bowerman Athletic Club of Portland, winners of the 2010 Hood to Coast. He plans on racing cross country and working towards PRs in the steeplechase and 10,000.
In addition to assisting with both the cross country and track programs, McIsaac serves the college as assistant director of the Linfield Upward Bound Program.
