Former Linfield All-American Staci Doucette is in her fourth season as Wildcats assistant softball coach. She works primarily with developing the infielders and assisting players with their approach and technique at the plate.
During four seasons of softball at Linfield, Doucette set a pair of coveted Division III records with 73 home runs and 259 runs batted in.
With Doucette in the lineup, Linfield won one NCAA championship in 2011 and played in the national title game in 2010 and 2012.
Doucette set a program record with 201 career starts from 2009 until 2012, during which time the Wildcats amassed 178 victories against just 23 defeats, won four Northwest Conference championships and three regional titles.

She is a two-time winner of the Ad Rutschman Award, honoring the top small-college athlete competing in the state of Oregon.
Doucette, native of Vancouver, Wash., graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history in 2012.
