Greg Copeland is in his 16th year with the Linfield men's golf program, the previous 15 of which were spent as head coach.
Copeland led the Wildcats to four Northwest Conference championships during his lengthy tenure. In 2008, he coached Linfield to its first league championship in 44 years and followed it up with a repeat title and a second straight trip to the NCAA Championships in 2009.
Copeland is in his 17th year as controller within Linfield's business and finance department. A certified public accountant, he is a 1983 graduate of Washington State University and a native of Spokane, Wash.
An avid recreational golfer for over 35 years, Copeland leads a program that is among the most consistent in the Northwest Conference.
He and his wife, Leslie, live in McMinnville and have three grown children.
