Gary Rombach is serving his fifth year as an assistant coach with the Wildcats.
Rombach taught math and coached high school football and track for 25 years, including 20 years at Jesuit High School in Portland. He continues to be involved with the Crusaders track program, coaching the javelin throwers in the spring.
A native of Medford, Ore., Rombach earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and law degree from Lewis & Clark College. He and his wife, Toni, live in Beaverton and have three grown children: Christina, Phil, who coaches the linebackers at Linfield, and Leslie.
