Report Sexual Misconduct and Relationship Violence

Linfield College takes all reports of sexual misconduct and relationship violence seriously.  The College has a Sexual Misconduct Response Team (SMRT) in place to offer support and resources for reporting and conduct processes. Students reporting sexual misconduct or relationship violence may use the Medical Clemency Policy (page 100) to avoid alcohol policy violations.

All of the following options are available to you, and can be pursued individually or simultaneously.

The form can be completed online or downloaded and completed. The form is also available in McMinnville at Melrose 110, Cozine, Riley CIC, Walker 103, College Public Safety, Withnell Commons and in Portland at Loveridge Student Services and Peterson College Public Safety).
