We are hoping to get about 5-10 volunteers to help with set up and registration, 3 of which would help with break out sessions which is held in the afternoon. We are also looking for a volunteer who can coordinate our Twitter account and live-tweet the event. If this date is inconvenient, we would love to have a few individuals help out earlier in the week to put together programs. As a volunteer, your registration fee would be waived and you will be provided breakfast and lunch. You can expect to be at the event by 7 am and clean up may take up to 5:30 pm. Depending on your own interests and schedule, we can certainly arrange for you to be done earlier.
