Sexual or Relationship Violence Incident Report Form
To make an anonymous report of sexual assault or other relationship violence, please download and print the form and mail on campus to the Sexual Assault Task Force, Unit #A611.

“The mission of Linfield Campus Safety is to support the mission of Linfield College, and provide a safe setting in which to learn, live, and work. LCS will endeavor to address community security needs, and to provide assistance and service, wherever possible, with impartiality. LCS officers will function with the highest degree of professionalism and fairness.”

General Responsibilities

While serving Linfield College the Safety Officers of the Safety Department will

• Assist visitors and serve as concerned public relations representatives
• Protect all persons on the college campus
• Serve as a deterrent to persons intent on committing criminal acts.
• Protect proprietary and classified information
• Look for and report potential hazards
• Restrict access of unauthorized people
• Be alert for use of illegal drugs and consumption of alcohol
• Help ensure that College property does not leave without proper authorization
• Lock and unlock buildings as needed, per schedule
