In order to be scheduled for an Early Arrival, your supervisor, advisor or coach needs to request your early arrival through Residence Life by emailing email@example.com. If approved, be sure to talk with your supervisor, advisor or coach for details about moving in early.
All students must complete the account clearing process and have a valid Fall 2015 sticker to be able to check into housing. Students approved for early arrival may not allow their roommates to also move in with them - all students must be approved for early arrival for their own needs.
If you want to schedule an early arrival and are not required by the College to arrive early, please contact Residence Life and Housing at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival. In your email, explain the reason for your early arrival request. You will receive an e-mail confirmation to notify you if your request has been approved and the times and location of your housing check-in.

If you are NOT required by the College to be on-campus early but are approved by Residence Life to check-in, a $50.00 per night room fee will be charged to your student account from the date of check-in until housing officially opens:
If you are an approved early arrival student, please refer to the information you receive from your coach or advisor and go to your designated housing check-in location. A residence Life staff member will be present to assist you. Please note that you must arrive during your assigned check in date and time.
Fall semester meal plans begin Friday, August 26. If you are choosing to arrive early, you are responsible for your own meals until the meal plan begins. If you are required by the College to arrive early, your meals may be provided by your sponsoring department; check with them for details.
