Final Examination Schedule Spring Semester 2013

Please note that Reading Day will be on Thursday, May 23, 2013.

Finals will start at 8:00 AM on Friday,  May 24 and continue May 28, 29 and 30.

Grades for graduating seniors are due by 5 PM on Friday, May 31.

Finals for classes starting after 4:40PM will be held at the starting time the first day the class is held during finals week.

No finals are scheduled for paracurricular classes (classes numbered below 100) or for private music lessons, labs, discussion sessions, internships, portfolio credits, or independent study courses.

Finals for online courses will be scheduled by the instructor.

Exceptions to the Final Examination Schedule may be allowed by the Student Policies Committee in response to student or faculty
petitions. Petitions must be submitted no later than Friday, April 26, 2013.

Such petitions will only be approved if documented and under the following conditions: The student has more than 3 finals scheduled for the same day; an illness or injury interferes with effective preparation for the final examination period; a death, traumatic illness or other desperate condition suddenly occurs which interferes with effective study and/or test taking; or by the recommendation of the Director of Learning Support.

Finals will start at 8:00 AM on Monday,  December 9 and end after the 10:30 AM final is completed on Thursday, December 12.  There are NO Friday finals. Grades for graduating seniors are due by 5 PM on Tuesday, December 17.
