She performed Beethoven's Ninth Symphony with the Seattle Symphony. This fall, Geffre will pursue a master of arts in teaching degree at Willamette University. She hopes to teach music at the elementary level.
At Linfield, Adams has developed a career as a professional jazz pianist/bassist in solo performances, with his own combo, and bands such as the Robert Rife Trio and the Rush Project. He is also an active teacher of piano, guitar and music theory in the McMinnville area. Several of his arrangements have been performed by Linfield ensembles. Adams has been a member of the Concert Choir, Linfield Singers, Masterworks Chorale, Concert Band, Jazz Choir and Jazz Band.
