11/20/2006 Linfield Taizé service announced

McMINNVILLE - A traditional Taizé worship service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2, at

7:30 p.m. in Jonasson Hall, lower level of Melrose Hall, at Linfield College.

The worship is a candlelight service in the Christian tradition with reflective music and readings. It is a time of silence for prayer during which worshipers are invited to remain silent. The service will be led by student musicians and members of the Linfield Chaplain's Team.

The service is open to the public and sponsored by the Chaplain's Office and the Chaplain's Team. For more information call 503-883-2259.
