12/1/2004 Linfield to host Taizé service

McMINNVILLE ? A traditional Taizé worship service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 11, at 7:30 p.m. in Renshaw Hall at Linfield College.

The worship is a candlelight service in the Taizé tradition with an advent theme and reflective music and readings. It is a time of silence for prayer during which worshipers are invited to remain silent. The service will be led by student musicians and members of the Linfield Chaplain?s Team.

The service is open to the public and sponsored by the Chaplain?s Office and the Chaplain?s Team. For more information call 503-883-2259.
