WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 1 CONVOCATION: Linfield President Vivian A. Bull will be the keynote speaker at opening convocation Wednesday, Sept. 1, at 4 p.m. in the Ted Wilson Gymnasium at Linfield College. EXHIBIT: David Gilhooley will have an exhibit of his work on display Wednesday, Sept. 1, through Friday, Oct. 1, in the Fine Art Gallery of the James F. Miller Fine Arts Center at Linfield College. The artist’s reception and talk will be Sept. 8 at 7 p.m. in the Gallery. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, call 503-883-2802.
