TUESDAY, APRIL 1

CONCERT: The Linfield Concert Choir will present their Choir Tour home concert Tuesday, April 1, at 7:30 p.m. in Melrose Auditorium. It is free and open to the public. For more information, call 503-883-2275.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2 AND THURSDAY, APRIL 3

MEDICAL ETHICS LECTURES: Joseph J. Fins, the director of medical ethics at the Cornell University Campus of New York Presbyterian Hospital, will speak on "Medical Ethics: Past as Prologue" in McMinnville and Portland. Fins will speak Wednesday, April 2, at 7:30 p.m. in Jonasson Hall at Linfield College in McMinnville. On Thursday, April 3, he will speak at 7 p.m. in 111 Peterson Hall at Linfield College's Portland Campus, 2255 NW Northrup. Both lectures are free and open to the public. ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOR: Deborah Capaldi, associate director and research scientist at the Oregon Social Learning Center, will present "Antisocial Behavior from a Lifespan Perspective" Thursday, April 3, at 7:30 p.m. in 101 Graf Hall at Linfield College. PHILOSOPHY LECTURES: Shams Inati, a professor of theology and religious studies at Villanova University, will present the 33rd annual Walter Powell-Linfield College Philosophy Lectures Monday and Tuesday, April 7 and 8. Inati will speak on "The Origins and Nature of Islamic Philosophy" on Monday, April 7, and on "Islam and the West" Tuesday, April 8. Both lectures will be at 8 p.m. in Renshaw Gallery at Linfield College. They are free and open to the public. For more information, call 503-883-2216.

FACULTY LECTURE: Carol McCulley, assistant professor and reference and distance learning librarian at Linfield College, will speak on "Scholarly Communication: What's the Cost? What's the Future?" THEATRE: Linfield theatre will present the Irish story "Dancing at Lughnasa," a play by Brian Friel, April 10-12 in the Linfield College Pioneer Theatre.
