Admission is free and open to the public.
The performances will feature a variety of dance styles, including belly dancing, ballroom, swing, African, hip hop and contemporary, as well as several student-choreographed pieces.
Emily Crocker, Linfield adjunct professor of music and dance ensemble class instructor, hopes the performance will provide dance students with an opportunity to dance and choreograph, as well as increase the collaboration between dance clubs on campus.
“Everyone should be dancing and I hope to build a strong, vibrant dance community at Linfield,” she said. “It’s encouraging to see the excitement that students are feeling about this new concert and other dance opportunities.”
