Registration and Records
Official Transcripts for Linfield College Students and Graduates
The McMinnville Campus Registrar's Office processes requests for official transcripts. To order a transcript, it is necessary to complete an Official Transcript Request.
If you are unable to download or print the form, requests may be made in writing. Include your
- Name (including former name(s) if applicable)
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Dates of Attendance at Linfield
- Name and address(es) of transcript recipients
- Signature
- Payment
Payment for transcripts must be made at the time of request. Please include $5.00 for the first copy and $1.00 for each additional copy ordered at the same time.

Payment may be made by check or Visa or MasterCard. Include card number, expiration date, daytime phone number, and cardholder signature.
Processing time for official transcript requests is approximately one week to ten days. Upon request, transcripts will be sent USPS Express Mail for the appropriate express mail charge.
Transcripts for students with unmet financial obligations to the College will be withheld.

Official Transcripts for Good Samaritan Diploma Program Students and Graduates (through 1985)
The Portland Campus Registration and Records Office processes requests for official transcripts for students and graduates of the Good Samaritan Diploma Program. (1985 was the last graduating class.) Requests must be made in writing. Include your
- Name (including former name(s) if applicable)
- Address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Dates of Attendance at Linfield
- Name and address(es) of transcript recipients
- Your signature
- Payment
Payment for transcripts must be made at the time of request.
- First copy $5.00
- Each additional copy ordered at the same time $1.00
