Room Charges - Fall and Spring Semester

Single Room: $1680 per semester
Double Room: $1437 per semester
Non-refundable application fee: $50
Jan Term: $400

Summer Rates

Single Room: $402/month
Double Room: $342/month/student

Summer rates are prorated according to time of check in and check out.

McMinnville students are welcome to stay on our campus in the summer. Please contact Janette Vlahos (jvlahos@linfield.edu), Housing Manager at 503-413-7212.

Meal Plan available on a voluntary basis with the purchase of a Legacy meal card.

Kitchen available on each floor to cook and store food as well as utensils. A student should budget $50/week for food. Grocery stores are located within walking distance of campus.

Students wishing to stay during breaks must sign up with the Housing Office. Students wishing to stay during the summer must sign up with the Housing Office and sign a separate contract specifically for summer.

Housing forms will be sent out by the Admissions Office upon receiving your deposit. If you requested housing forms and did not receive them or if you have decided to live in housing over the summer, please contact Janette Vlahos (jvlahos@linfield.edu), Housing Manager at 503-413-7212.

Nonrefundable Housing Deposit ($50) must be paid with the application to the Housing Office. Once this is received a formal contract will be mailed to you to sign. Return the contract immediately. Checks should be made out directly to Loveridge Hall and should not be included in the school application fee.

Housing Applications should be received in the Housing Office by May 1, 2008. We will honor later applications if space is available.
