Peer Resource Network

Peer Resource Network (PRN) of Linfield College-Good Samaritan School of Nursing connects a community of past, present, and future nursing students in an effort to instill confidence and ease transitions by providing support, guidance, and inspiration while fostering the core values of nursing.

Jay and Liz

The Peer Resource Network (PRN) is a student run organization that connects students along the nursing education continuum. PRN’s aim is to help ease transition by pairing a new student entering the campus community with a mentor from the previous year’s class that best addresses the needs of the new student and acts as a peer resource throughout their educational career.  PRN student leaders are also developing contacts with alumni to pair with graduating seniors to assist with and ease the transition from the role of student nurse to the role of R.N. in the workforce.
