Typical Addition Costs Associated with Housing
- Students are assessed a contract cancellation fee if they cancel their housing after a certain date. For those dates, please see each terms's housing contract or contact the Housing Office.
- In addition to contract cancellation fees, students will be prorated housing costs for cancelled housing contracts based on days of occupancy.
- Students not staying on campus for January Term are charged a $50 room-holding fee.
