Summer rates are prorated according to time of check in and check out.

Meal Plan available on a voluntary basis with
the purchase of a Legacy meal card.
Kitchen available on each floor to cook and store food as well as utensils. A
student should budget $50/week for food. Grocery stores are located within walking
distance of campus.
Students wishing to stay during breaks must sign up with the Housing Office.
Students wishing to stay during the summer must sign up with the Housing Office
and sign a separate contract specifically for summer.
Upon receiving your acceptance letter from Enrollment Services you can download the Housing Application. Fill it out and mail directly to the Housing Office, 2215 NW Northrup St., Portland, OR 97210. A $50 non refundable deposit should accompany the application. Once received a formal contract will be mailed to you for your signature.
Nonrefundable Housing Deposit ($50) must be paid with the
application to the Housing Office. Once this is received a formal contract will be mailed to you
to sign. Return the contract immediately. Checks should be made out directly
to Loveridge Hall and should not be included in the school application fee.
Housing Application for fall semester 2009 should be received in the Housing Office by May 1, 2009. We will honor later applications if space is available
