It's never too early to start researching your dream nursing position or the hospitals, community agencies, and/or organizations you would like to work for. A helpful career tip would be to bookmark the human resource webpages of these hospitals, community agencies, and/or organizations on your computer as many of them may post new graduate opportunities only on their websites. About two months before you finish your nursing courses you should develop a schedule for frequently checking the bookmarks you created. Many positions, such as nurse residency positions, are posted for just a short time and you do not want to miss the opportunity to apply for your dream nursing position!
