NursingTransfer ChecklistEligibility to apply for admission requires the completion of specific prerequisite coursework. Applicants may be in progress with required coursework at the time of application, however, all courses must be completed by the program start date. This self-evaluation tool will guide you as you develop your academic plan. If you have questions remaining after you complete the evaluation, send the form to Enrollment Services for an unofficial prerequisite evaluation. Please submit a course description for those courses in question. Include transcripts from all colleges or universities even if you took dual credits during high school or withdrew from any institution. Students that have completed a bachelor’s degree must submit transcripts from all institutions attended regardless if credits were transferred to the degree granting institution. Applicants who fail to submit all transcripts will be denied admission. Linfield College evaluates courses for potential transfer credit from regionally accredited colleges and universities. All courses must be graded and a minimum grade of “C” is required. A grade of “C-“ is unacceptable. An official evaluation will be completed by the Registration and Records Office once a student applies for admission.
