Equipment racks/credenzas arrive and audio-visual wiring to them partly done in two Plaza level classrooms. Work on frame areas around Plaza level entrance doors completed. Week Ending August 15thPainting done in Plaza level classrooms, ceiling grid, lighting fixtures, and entrance doors installed. Scaffolding removed from PH110. Floor covering finished in PH112, sinks and fixtures installed. Duct work completed in staff lounge, ceiling replaced, duct enclosures painted. Ceiling installed in 111; waiting for light fixtures. Stairs carpeted in 110; centercarpeting installed in 110 and 111. Work begins on audiovisual system wiring and network and telephone wiring. More Photos from August 15th
Week Ending August 8thPainting begins: west wall of restroom (ph112), west wall of ph111 and new south wall in ph110. Most ductwork in main project area finished. Ceiling grid installed in ph111. Walls in Plaza A and B taped, sanded, ready for painting. Start on flooring in ph112. Electrical work continues. Replace some glass panels along south side of Plaza level with tempered glass. Week Ending August 1stInstall insulation in wall between Plaza A and B and along north wall dividing A and B from 110. Re-finish false ceiling over front of 110 where support beams for old partition tracks were removed. Continue installation of electrical lines and HVAC duct and plumbing. Finish up drywall. Weeking Ending July 25Electrical and audiovisual conduit in all spaces. Drywall along west wall of Plaza A and east side of wall between Plaza A and Plaza B. Drywall(double layer) up on large wall along south of PH110 and insulation and drywall in new rest room. Remove portion of heavy support beams for old partition wall tracks along the front of PH110. Cut in threshold areas for Plaza classroom street-side doors. Continue installation of HVAC ductwork and fluid pipes in staff lounge and extending through to Plaza level classrooms. Problem to resolve regarding electrical access panels along north end of Plaza level rooms. More Photos from July 25th
Weeking Ending July 18Begin framing walls of new restroom and Plaza level classrooms. Remove existing light fixtures above Plaza Level. Remove original partition wall track above Plaza B (front of old PH111). Set up scaffolding in PH110 for wall construction between 110 and the Plaza level, 111, and crawl spaces. Begin north side drywall along demising wall between 110 and rest of project. Begin installation of conduit and receptacles in new spaces. More Photos from July 18
Week ending July 11Drop in conduit for new floor. Pour concrete for new plaza level floor. Cut HVAC duct openings through floor in staff lounge. Removal of the rest of the drop ceiling from PH111. Fireproofing on new structure. Set in new steps along the south side of PH110. More photos from July 11
Week ending July 3Finish up fastening deck plates. Install rebar over steel deck for new floor. Concrete pour for Thursday postponed: Supplier over-subscribed. Re-inspect curb work on roof.

Removal of ceiling west end of 111 to expose concrete prior to cutting for heating/cooling ductwork. Make decision on room lighting fixture changes and egress lighting. Renovation begins on existing men's restroom for ADA compliance. Start on trenching for pipe for new women's restroom (also ADA compliant).

All concrete cuttings and earth removed carried out of the building by wheelbarrow. No photos for this week. Week ending May 16Began removal of the overhead tracks for the movable room divider. Discovery of older tracks for a previous divider. Mount locations for new floor support beams cut into east wall. Survey of roof concrete supports for heating/cooling ductwork path. Clear area in staff lounge where heating/cooling ductwork will route between roof and new rooms.

Removal of wall sections of the movable divider between PH110 and 111. Removal of brick facade from west wall of 111. Old counters in the front of both PH110 and PH111 removed. More photos from May 9Week ending May 2ndConstruction operations began with setup of contractor's office and light demolition in PH111. All seats were removed from PH111 and south hand rail removed. Seats from PH111 in good condition identified to be used to replace worn or missing seats in PH110. Removal of carpeting. Linfield staff removed contents from storage in PH112 to temporary storage pod. Asbestos abatement on the tile in 112.
