Mentorship Program

The Linfield Ayudando Podemos (AP) peer mentoring program goals are to increase academic achievement, graduation and NCLEX passing rate of multicultural and non-traditional students. This is done through and effective peer support model where student retention and recruitment are at the center of our efforts.

Students play an active role in the academic success of their peers and are asked to provide a consistent, stable relationship to their mentee/mentor.  Mentors and mentees will be matched through an application process. Participants are asked to attend all activities related to the mentorship program and always operate with respect. Establishing an effective communication tool is strongly suggested during the early stages of the program.
