Welcome!

The Office of Multicultural Programs (OMP) at Linfield College-Portland Campus works to recruit and retain student populations underrepresented in nursing in Oregon.  It is important that the nursing population be reflective of the populations they are serving to better meet their healthcare needs.  The OMP is staffed by the Director of Multicultural Programs.  The Director serves as a school wide resource assessing student concerns and keeping students informed about enrichment and academic support activities.  In addition, the Director is a resource for students interested in nursing.
