Facilities Schedules

To schedule audiovisual equipment, computing equipment, or the computer lab in Loveridge Hall, please e-mail the IT department staff at pdxhelpdesk@linfield.edu.  

• Computer Lab
  The computer lab in Loveridge Hall is the primary open computer lab for students on the Portland campus. It is located on the second floor of Loveridge. The schedule for the lab will vary with the school term and breaks such as Fall Break and Christmas Break. Portions of the lab may be unavailable for general use when scheduled for classes, workshops, or exam sessions.  For weekend access please call 503-413-8955 to contact a work study student to open the door.

• Computer Classroom
  The Computer Classroom in Peterson Hall is used primarily for classes, both regular classes and those that use the computer facilities. The classroom is available for students to use as an open lab on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. when it is not scheduled for classes. (Note that the classroom is generally closed during session breaks, summer term and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.)
• Video Conference
  Video conferencing is available and may be used from Peterson Hall Conference room and Peterson Hall 106 Classroom. To schedule a video conference please email pdxhelpdesk@linfield.edu.  Both rooms will also need to be reserved by contacting Allison Horn.
• Audio Visual Resources
  To schedule a video conference please email pdxhelpdesk@linfield.edu.
