Recommended Program of Study for Students interested in Medical Biology/Human Biology

Students who are interested in attending a professional program such as medicine, dentistry, physician assistant or physical therapy are strongly encouraged to enter in their sophomore year. Arrangements can be made to enter Linfield as a junior, but to ensure that you will be prepared to take appropriate examinations (e.g., MCAT, DAT) at the correct time, you must be in contact with a Linfield advisor.

Students interested in the Medical Biology/Human Biology concentration should take the following (check the transfer grid to determine the required courses at your institution):

This is a proposed course of study. Check the Linfield College Portland Campus Health Sciences Admission Requirements for details on which courses must be completed prior to admission. Courses with an asterisk are required courses in the major. Students lacking one or more of these classes will still be considered for admission.
