To order, click on the link above, call 877-322-8228, or complete the Annual Credit Report Request Form and mail it to: Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281. FFELP Borrowers - Student Loan Deferment forms are now available from EDFUND at www.edfund.org. Follow the instructions under the "Students & Parents" menu. Contributions up to $250,000 can be made to fund a child's future college expenses at any accredited school of higher education anywhere in the nation. Up to $2000 in annual contributions may be deducted from your state income taxes. Oregon Department of Human Services - Students who were awarded Work Study may be eligible to receive Food Stamps.
