Facilities Schedules

Schedules for the following Computing and Educational Media Services facilites are provided for your planning information. The schedules will reflect current information as we have it. Note, however, that C&EMS does not manage the scheduling from the Computer Classroom in PH108.

• Computer Lab
  The computer lab in Loveridge Hall is the primary open computer lab for students on the Portland campus. The lab is open between 85 and 90 hours per week (see schedule). Portions of the lab may be unavailable for general use when scheduled for classes, workshops, or exam sessions (see event schedule). The lab is located on the second floor of Loveridge Hall.
  
  
• Computer Classroom
  The Computer Classroom in Peterson Hall is used primarily for classes, both regular classes and those that use the computer facilities. The classroom is available for students to use as an open lab on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. when it is not scheduled for classes. (Note that the classroom is generally closed during session breaks, summer term and after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.)
  
  
• Video Conference
  The video conferencing equipment is located in the Conference Room in Peterson Hall. Please note the information on how to schedule a video conference. The scheduling information is located on the linked page below the current schedule.
  
  
• Audio Visual Resources
  Call CEMS staff or work-study assistants for schedule information.
