Nomination Form for Lloydena Grimes Award Available

Purpose: To recognize a professional nurse who exemplifies nursing excellence, in honor of Lloydena Grimes, nursing leader in the State of Oregon, and Director of Good Samaritan Hospital and Medical Center School of Nursing for 30 years.

Eligibility Criteria: The individual nominated must be a registered nurse and alumnus or associate alumnus of Good Samaritan Hospital and Medical Center School of Nursing, Linfield-Good Samaritan School of Nursing.
